What kind of staffing and recruiting services do we offer?

Most of our staffing and recruiting is within the Senior level, mid level and executive level environmental and engineering fields. We are willing to expand the services for special cases. And will be expanding to services in other areas in the future. At the moment, we are focused primarily on environmental and engineering services with senior, mid, and executive levels.

How do we find candidates for open positions?

We research top quality areas, with top quality candidates. We also post positions on specific job boards, advertise the positions avaliable, and look towards referrals from earlier candidates or professionals who are very helpful with spreading the word to those they know that would be interested in the positions. Many times we accumilate candidates from other job searches, that are inquiring about other avaliable position. And when that position becomes avabliable, we simply work with those candidates as well as all new inquirers. There are times that third party recruiters will present a candidate that is with good standing qualifications, and we work with those recruiters and candidates.

How do we assess and test job candidates before we place them?

We first build relationships with our candidates, understanding their skills, strengths and goals. We thoroughly screen every candidate to make sure they are the right fit the first time. It’s important to us that our candidates are pleased and satisfied as the companies they work for. Our success depends on their success. Our screening process includes the following:

Pricing: what are our firm’s prices for employers seeking to place candidates in open positions?

The most common approach to fees is to charge a percentage of the new candidates first-year compensation. For many years the benchmark has been either 30% or 33.3% for searches performed within the United States. Our standard fee is 25% of the candidates first-year compensation.

Third party recruiters are a referral fee payable by us or too us, equal to Fifty Percent (50%) of the amount received by us or to us from the total placement fee as evidenced by a copy of the check received by us or to us, which shall accompany payment of the referral fee for the third party recruiter.

We work to fill full time permanent placements. With a Contingency contract. Contingent recruiters work on assignments without retainer fees. They receive payment from the employer only if a candidate they present to the employer is subsequently hired.
